Highlighted below are 4 effective and simple steps to prevent you from spending a lot of time and money!
Check the oil level. You’ll be amazed at how much consistency, color, and smell can tell you about the condition of your Falk gearbox.
Bearings – YES THE BEARINGS – some engineers fail to simply replace the bearings on the Falk gearboxes and reducers which we recommend every 6 months. By doing so you’re keeping the torque stable with the RPM that Falk demands.
Seals – Falk gearboxes and reducers like the bearings are recommended to be replaced every 6 to 8 months. It works to always have spares along with the bearings.
Take it to a gearbox professional every 12 months for a full inspection. You can never take enough care of your Falk gearboxes and reducers.
